There is good news for the family and fans who are waiting for justice in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput death. The Narcotics Control Bureau is about to file a chargesheet in the case on Friday, about 9 months after the actor’s death. NCB is investigating the drugs case in the death of actor. Mumbai Zonal Head of NCB Sameer Wankhede himself will file this charge sheet in the special NDPS court. It is said that this charge sheet is of 30,000 pages.

Riya and Shouvik have names in the charge sheet
Last year on 14 June 2020, Sushant’s body was found in the bedroom of his flat in Bandra. The NCB started its investigation after the drugs chat surfaced in the case. NCA arrested Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Riya Chakraborty after questioning from drug peddlers to Sushant’s managers. Riya Chakraborty is out on bail after spending nearly a month in jail. Apart from Riya Chakraborty, her brother Shouvik Chakraborty is also named in the charge sheet of NCB.

33 people have been nominated in the charge sheet
According to the information so far, NCB has named 33 people in its charge sheet. Apart from Riya Chakraborty and Shouvik, it has names of several drug peddlers. Most of these drug peddlers were arrested by the NCB during the investigation.

Strings of drugs related to big Bollywood celebrities
During investigation, the strings of drugs were found to be linked to several big Bollywood celebrities. The names of these celebrities came up during the interrogation of drug peddlers. The NCB then interrogated the case from Deepika Padukone to Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh to Madhu Mantena. In the drugs case, the NCB also questioned the managers of the actors. Riya and Shouvik were arrested on the basis of these inquiries and preliminary evidence. Both are out on bail.

NCB has made these allegations on Riya
Riya and Shouvik are accused of supplying drugs to Sushant. However, while granting bail to Riya in the High Court, the court also admitted that the NCB had no evidence that Riya either bought or sold drugs on her own. Riya also said in her statement that she had provided drugs for Sushant only on her suggestion. Sushant gave money for this and the information about peddlers was also given by Sushant. Rhea’s brother Shouvik and his house manager Samuel Miranda were in direct contact with the peddlers.

Drug chats revealed during ED investigation
The Narcotics Control Bureau registered an FIR in the case in August last year. The Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is probing the money laundering case in Sushant, received drugs chats on Riya and Shouvik’s phone. The ED had shared this information with the NCB, after which the bureau started an investigation into the drugs case. These drug chats had names ranging from Sushant’s talent manager Jaya Saha to Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda.

Riya, Shauvik, Deepesh and Samuel released on bail
During the investigation, the NCB arrested Riya Chakraborty, Shauvik Chakraborty, Deepesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda on charges of supplying drugs. All of them are currently out on bail after 9 months.
