Army Chief’s statement, 300-400 terrorists are in the grip of infiltration in Jammu and Kashmir

Army Chief General MM Naravane said on Friday that around 300-400 terrorists trained in terrorist camps across the Line of Control are in the grip of infiltrating Jammu and Kashmir. General Narwane said in his speech on the Army Day Parade that the ceasefire violation has increased by 44 per cent, reflecting the nefarious plan of Pakistan. Pakistan often fires Border / Line of Control to help terrorists infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir.

More than 200 terrorists killed – Army Chief
The army chief said that India’s active operations and strong counter-terrorism grid have not only done great harm to the enemy but also controlled infiltration efforts. He said that the army killed more than 200 militants along the Line of Control in counter-terrorism operations last year and these measures provided relief to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. The army chief dedicated a mobile app of the Indian Army to the country and said that it will provide abundant information to the people, especially the younger generation.
