Add oil to a pan and when the oil is hot add chopped cauliflower and cook until the cabbage is well roasted. Now add chopped green chilies to the cabbage and fry it for 30 seconds.

Add red chili, turmeric, cumin powder and mango powder to the roasted cabbage and mix well. Now add salt and garam masala as per taste to the mixture and cook the ingredients well for 2-4 minutes. After this add coriander leaves and fry it for one minute.

Now make small dough from the dough and make a paratha. Pour the roasted cabbage spices in the paratha and make a bundle, folding the four sides. Now press the bundle gently to form a dough. Wrap it with dry flour and roll it like a paratha.

After this, heat the pan on medium flame and cook the paratha on both sides. Now pour some oil or ghee over it and cook the parathas till they turn golden brown in color. Serve hot cabbage paratha with butter, pickle or curd.
