What is IUI
IUI is a fertility treatment in which sperm is injected directly into the woman’s uterus. In the process of normal convulsions, the sperm reaches the vagina via the cervix and then comes to the uterus with the help of fallopian tubes.

Who needs IUI

How is the process
Gonadotropin drugs or injections are given to women for 5 to 10 days from 2 to 3 days before menstruation. After this, monitoring is done with the help of sonography on every third or fourth day.
When the follicles are in the correct size, the process of ovulation is triggered by the injection of HCG and an IUI procedure is performed within approximately 36 hours.
On the day of IUI treatment, the mail partner is required to provide a sample of their semen. The semen samp is processed in the lab and then inserted into the woman’s uterus.
After this, the woman can be given medication for 14 days after which pregnancy is confirmed with HCG test.
Risk and success
