How to get rid of bad dreams

If the child has to get rid of nightmares, then fix his bedtime. If the child is between 3 and 5 years old, then he must take at least 10 to 13 hours of sleep. Children of 6-13 years of age need 9 to 12 hours of sleep and teenagers i.e. 14-17 years of children need 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Sleeping without interruption can prevent a child’s nightmares.

Sleep less during the day
