According to an international survey, Indians have shown the most confidence in coronavirus vaccination. About 80 percent of the Indians surveyed said they were ready for vaccination within about a year. The survey, conducted in 28 countries, showed that 51 percent of Indian vaccines were ready for vaccination as soon as available, while 29 percent would take it within a year.

The survey also found that skepticism on Covid-19vaccines worldwide is a major obstacle to their availability. Communications firm Edelman conducted the survey between 19 October and 18 November 2020 and was attended by 33,000 people. The survey stated that by November 2020 only one in three people were ready to take the vaccine.
