To break the Corona chain, the Haryana government has decided to impose weekend lockdowns in 9 districts including Gurugram and Faridabad. There will be a lockdown from 10 pm on 30 April to 5 am on 3 May. These districts also include Panchkula, Sonipat, Rohtak, Karnal, Hisar, Sirsa and Fatehabad.
During weekends lockdown, barring essential services, other things will be banned. Earlier Section 144 has been implemented in the state. Under this, action will be taken if four or more people are gathered together. Let us know that this month there has been an increase in the cases of corona virus in Haryana. The number of people dying from this is also increasing. According to the Health Department, with the death of 97 patients of Covid-19in the last 24 hours, the number of people who lost their lives due to this deadly virus has increased to 4,118. So far, 3,76,852 people have been cured in Haryana while 93,175 patients are undergoing treatment.
Medical stores and ration shops are not banned
According to a directive issued by the Haryana government, health services will remain fully open during the weekend lockdown. Medical stores and ration shops will not be banned in the market. Also, restaurants and dhabas, etc. can be opened for home delivery. But eating food while sitting here will be prohibited. During this time marriage ceremonies can be organized only with the permission of the District Magistrate. At the same time, Marriage Hall will have to operate to half its capacity. Vehicles connected with essential services will be allowed to go on the roads.

On the other hand, the corona vaccination campaign is also going on in Haryana. On Friday, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar took the first dose of Covid-19vaccine.
