Wagon R EV may come under new name
According to a report by Rushlane, Toyota can launch the electric version of WagonR as part of its branding. However, the company can launch this car in the new name in the market. The company has registered the name HYRYDER some time ago. After this, it can be believed that this car can be launched under the name Toyota Hyryder.
Toyota-Maruti Alliance
Toyota launched the first Maruti Baleno under the alliance between these two giants, called Glanza. The Toyota Glanza is similar in appearance to the Baleno. Its front has a 2-slot 3D surround chrome grille. Its bumper is bold and aggressive. The car features a diamond cut alloy wheels, which has a Toyota badge. It has LED projector headlamps with DRL and LED rear combination lamps with tail light guide.
The mileage of Glanza’s hybrid engine is 23.87 kilometers per liter. The engine mileage without hybrid is 21.01 kmpl with manual transmission and 19.56 kmpl with automatic transmission. After Glanza, customers will now also be waiting for Toyota’s WagonR.
