Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has given a big statement regarding the meeting of both the leaders. Sanjay Raut on Thursday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the top leader of the country and BJP. In fact, Raut was asked that there have been reports in the media that the RSS is considering projecting state leaders as faces in the state elections. In such a situation, do they feel that the popularity of Modi has decreased?

To this question, Raut said, “I don’t want to comment on it… I haven’t seen the news in the media. There has been no official statement about this… The credit for the success of BJP in the last seven years goes to Modi. He is the top leader of the country and his party right now. Shiv Sena’s Rajya Sabha member Raut is currently on a tour of North Maharashtra. He told this to reporters in Jalgaon. He said that Shiv Sena has always believed that the Prime Minister belongs to the entire country and not to any one party.

Recently, Maharashtra BJP President Chandrakant Patil had said that if Modi wanted, his party could befriend the tiger (the election symbol of Shiv Sena). To this Raut said, ‘No one can be friends with a tiger. It is the tiger who decides with whom he wants to be friends.

For this reason, Raut was on a tour of North Maharashtra.
Asked about his visit to north Maharashtra, he said it was part of Shiv Sena’s efforts to strengthen the organisation. Raut said that all the parties involved in Maha Vikas Aghadi have the right to increase their base and strengthen the parties. This is also the need of the hour. We are also holding meetings to strengthen coordination with each other.
