According to the information, Vigilance has once sent its report to the government. But there were some questions from the government regarding the investigation, due to which the report is being prepared again. Vigilance will soon send its report to the government. After submission of the report by Vigilance, the government will seek permission to initiate investigation by filing a case against Satyendra Singh.
Apart from the schools in Lucknow, school too!
According to Vigilance sources, information about Satyendra Singh’s many valuable assets in Lucknow and Noida has been received. Apart from their cells, plots, a school has also been discovered in Lucknow. Vigilance suspects that these assets have been purchased with money raised from corruption. On Thursday, senior officials of Vigilance have also summoned the files related to the investigation of Satyendra Singh and made a deep review. Documents have been sought from the Registrar Office of several districts regarding the properties purchased by Vigilance in the name of the family and close relatives of Satyendra Singh. All of these properties are also expected to be benami.
Two local contractors under investigation
CBI investigating the role of retired IAS Satyendra Singh and other accused in the illegal mining case in Kaushambi is also investigating the role of two local contractors there. The names of these contractors are Junaid Ahmed and Ram Prakash. These two were given two new leases by the DM. Whereas during that time the government prohibited the release of new leases.
