The Aster will be powered by a 1.5-litre VTi naturally aspirated petrol engine, which will generate 108bhp power and 144Nm torque. At the same time, its 1.3 liter turbo petrol engine can generate 138bhp power and 220Nm torque. The Aster will be offered with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic and an 8-speed CVT option.

BMW C400 GT Maxi Scooter Launch Date Price Features
Luxury car maker BMW Motorrad is about to launch the first maxi scooter in India next week on October 12. The BMW C400 GT can be launched in India in the price range of Rs 7 lakh. This maxi scooter will be powered by a 350cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine, which can generate 33.5bhp power and 35Nm torque. It will be offered with a CVT automatic gearbox. The company claims that its top speed will be 139kmph. BMW’s first maxi scooter to be launched in India will see many special features including LED lights, large wind screen, sporty pillion grab rails, TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, USB charging port, multiple riding modes, traction control.
