On the statement of the victim, the police registered an FIR under rape and other sections and referred the matter to the police of Ashok Vihar police station. Police is claiming investigation on all aspects.

According to police sources, the girl’s age is 16 years. The girl’s family lives in Wazirpur, Ashok Vihar. In the statement on behalf of the victim, it has been claimed that she has been taking drugs for many years. Because of which his family used to be very upset. To get rid of addiction, his mother was admitted to a drug de-addiction center in Daryaganj in February 2021. There she remained till July 2021. After that the mother brought him home in July. The victim told that after coming home she again started taking drugs and drinking alcohol. She used to drink alcohol by going to a nearby park. According to sources, the girl claims that due to loss of consciousness, she used to stay in the park several times in the night in an unconscious state in an inebriated condition. During this, he does not know who did the wrong thing with him. After this, the mother got upset again in September 2021 and admitted to the Deduction Center. Formal tests took place here. In which pregnancy test was done, which came positive report. Sources said that after that the girl was taken to Daryaganj police station on behalf of the center. where the statement took place. After registering a case under rape and other sections, the police has referred it to Ashok Vihar police.

On the other hand, last week, a case of rape and pregnancy of a girl student studying in a hostel in East of Kailash came to light. When the student came back after the hostel opened, her health started deteriorating. When the warden investigated, it was revealed to be pregnant. After which the information reached the police.
