Mumbai
Munmun Dhamecha, an accused in the cruise ship drugs case, on Monday approached the Bombay High Court seeking relaxation in certain bail conditions. The High Court had imposed several conditions while releasing him on bail last month, due to which Munmun cannot move out of Mumbai without permission.

Munmun has requested the High Court to allow him to appear in NCB’s office in Delhi instead of Mumbai, as he has no residence in Mumbai. The high court had on October 28 granted bail to actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son and along with co-accused Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant. One of the conditions of bail was that the accused would be present in the Mumbai office of NCB every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.

In her petition, filed through advocate Kashif Ali Khan Deshmukh, Munmun said that she is a resident of Madhya Pradesh who lives in Delhi for work. Munmun does not have any residence in Mumbai. According to the petition, the condition of bail will have a huge impact on his professional life as well as social life, as he will have to come to Mumbai every week. Munmun has also argued that if the conditions are to be judiciously complied with, she will have to inform the NCB of each and every movement as she will continue to travel between Madhya Pradesh and Delhi, both of which are on the territorial limits of Mumbai. Is out of. His petition is likely to come up for hearing next week.
