Niti Aayog meet: PM Modi, in a meeting with the Chief Ministers, told about the agricultural reforms necessary, CM Nitish Kumar also joined

Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi) on Saturday addressed the sixth meeting of the Niti Aayog Governing Council Meet through video conferencing. On this occasion, he supported agricultural reforms. PM Modi, while meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states, said that reforms are very important for the farmers to get the necessary economic resources. Recently, many such reforms have been done which reduce the interference of the government. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also attended the meeting through video conferencing. Apart from these, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan, CM of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar and Chief Ministers of other states also attended the meeting.

‘Center and states will have to work together for the progress of the country’
Prime Minister Modi said in the meeting that there has been an increase in agricultural exports during the Corona period. Storage and processing needs attention in this area. The government is working with a holistic approach from farming to fisheries. The Prime Minister said that during the Corona period we have seen how the state and central government worked together and the country was successful. The Center and the states will have to work together for the progress of the country… For economic progress, the government has to respect the private sector and also give proper representation.

This is an excellent opportunity to increase manufacturing in the country. States should also take full advantage of this scheme and attract more and more investment.
