Before ‘Naagin 7′, Gultesham Khan has been introduced as a negative in Colors’ new fantasy show ‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’ alongside Karan Kundrra, Gashmir Mahajani and Reem. Gultesham Khan has appeared in many television shows like ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, ‘Jeet Gayi To Piya More’, ‘Yeh Rishtey Kya Hai’ and ‘Shaurya Aur Aisi Kahaani’.
