Material

Flour – 2 cups

Washed moong dal – 1/2 cup

Green chili – 2 chocolate chopped

Ginger – 1/2 inch piece Strawberry chopped

Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Overall cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

Fennel – 1/2 tsp coarsely ground

Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – 1/2 tsp

First wash the moong dal and it takes 2-3 hours to prepare it.

When the dal swells, drain the water and grind it coarsely in a mixer along with the dal, ginger and green chili pieces.

Now a little oil is put in the pan and the ground lentils, asafoetida, salt and all the sea ingredients are mixed in it.

Now cook the dal on slow flame till it turns brown.

If you don’t keep resume to pulse then resume from below. Now keep the roasted lentils to cool down.

To make samosas, knead the dough by adding fine flour, baking soda and salt.

You also have about 4-5 wax oils in the flour.

You have to knead a hard dough for samosas. Take any pair of jewelry and wait for half an hour.

Now knead the dough a little and then roll it in the form of roti.

Now separate one part of the roti from the middle and fold it into a triangle.

Close the samosa by applying water on a table stuffing nominee in a cone prepared from fine flour.

Prepare all the samosas in the same way.

Now heat the oil in the pan and fry the samosas on the division plate till they become golden.

Fry all the samosas. Now serve the example with hot green chutney and red chutney.
