Mumbai: The Delhi High Court has quashed the stay on offline streaming of the release of Nyay: The Justice, a film based on the life of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Please tell that Krishna Kishore Singh, father of Sushant Singh Rajput, had demanded a ban on its online streaming while offering privacy violations. The Delhi High Court, while giving its verdict on this, said, ‘With the death of the actor, this matter ends or remains private’.
While giving the verdict on this film, which was released in June 2021, Justice C. Harishankar said that the facts related to Sushant Singh Rajput which were brought to the fore in the film were already public. International rights were not violated even in foreign countries. There is no need to take consent from anyone to make a film based on this. The court said in its order that the film Floating Band has already been released. Many people have seen the film. Therefore, there is no justification for banning it.
