New Delhi: Sawan, the beloved month of Lord Bholenath, is going on. Every day of the month of Shravan is dedicated to Shiva worship. Although the whole month of Sawan is considered very sacred, but the Chaturdashi Tithi (Chaturdashi Tithi) of the month of Sawan holds special significance for the Shivaratri of Sawan. Today 15 July 2023 is being celebrated on Saturday. worship method
To perform the approved worship of ‘Saawan Shivratri’, take a bath first thing in the morning and wear new or clean clothes. Perform Jalabhishek of Shivling, after that sprinkle milk, curd, honey, sugar. After bathing and adorning Lord Shiva, offer flowers, garland, belpatra, dhatura, aak flower and also worship Mother Parvati. Do aarti of Bhog clothes, incense, lamp angle and recite Shiva Tandav Stotra. By doing this Lord Shiva is very pleased and blesses Ananda.
