Like vaccine, coarse grains of India will also be useful
PA Modi in his address thanked the United Nations for declaring the year 2023 as ‘International Year of Millets 2023’. He said that more than 70 countries came to support this proposal of India. PM Modi said that just as we have spread yoga all over the world, in the same way we can all reach the world with coarse grains. The PM said that just as there is a Made in India vaccine to protect against corona, the coarse grains born in India will be equally useful to save people from getting sick.
Expected to produce about 520 billion dollars
PM Modi said that in this year’s budget, a provision of about Rs 2 lakh crore has been made for the schemes related to the PLI scheme. An average of 5% of production is given as incentive. Only about 520 billion dollars are estimated to be produced in India in the coming five years only through the PLI scheme.
Government is improving to promote construction
Speaking on the Production Linked Incentive Scheme, the PM said that increasing manufacturing capacities enhance employment in the country. India wants to work faster with this approach. In this sector, our government is reforming one after the other to promote construction. PM Modi said that our government believes that government interference in everything creates more problems rather than solutions. Therefore, we are insisting on self-regulation. This year our intention is to reduce more than 6,000 Compliances at the Central and State levels.
