Aryan Khan Granted Bail: Aryan Khan gets bail in cruise drugs case, may be released on Saturday

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been granted bail in the cruise drugs case. Along with Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have also been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. But his release from jail will now be possible on Friday or Saturday.

The court has just given an operative order. In such a situation, a copy of the order will come on Friday. Which will be sent to the jail administration. The process of release will start only after the copy of the order reaches the jail. In such a situation, if the order copy comes early on Friday, then it will also be released. But if the order copy is delayed then Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will be able to be released only on Saturday.

Bail after 3 consecutive days of hearing
Let us inform that the court of Justice Nitin Sambre gave the verdict on bail on Thursday after three days of continuous hearing. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court granted bail to the three accused – Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun. While former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi argued Aryan Khan in the Bombay High Court, Amit Desai for Arbaaz Merchant and Ali Kashif Khan for Munmun Dhamecha made strong arguments.

In the court, on behalf of NCB, ASG Anil Singh strongly opposed Aryan’s bail. But Mukul Rohatgi got Aryan bail with his strong arguments. However, the copy of the bail order has not arrived yet.

Let us inform that in the hearing held on Thursday, ASG Anil Singh, opposing the bail, argued in the court that Aryan used to arrange drugs. He had been taking drugs for many years and he has proof of this. The NCB also accused Aryan of ‘conscious possession’ and said that he was part of a conspiracy and was also involved in international drug smuggling.

But Mukul Rohatgi argued that there were 1300 people on the ship and among them only Arbaaz and Aryan had connections. There was no conspiracy because in the rest of 1300 no one knew anyone. In such a situation there was neither meeting of minds nor any discussion. So the question of conspiracy does not arise.

Mukul Rohatgi further said that even though it is difficult to prove that everyone’s minds met, but facts cannot be ignored in this affair. Let us tell you that the days of 28 and 29 October were considered very important for Aryan Khan’s bail. If Aryan did not get bail today or even tomorrow, he would have to remain in jail till after Diwali.

Shah Rukh has a birthday on November 2 and the release of his son is arguably the best birthday gift for him.
