Clue found from Sai Baba’s picture, accused arrested

DCP Dwarka Santosh Meena said the victim Ranjit Singh was attacked in February. A case of attempt to murder was registered on his complaint. The police team arrested three accused earlier in the case after digging up CCTV footage near the mauka-e-incident. In this case, the absconding fourth accused was apprehended by the police team of police station in-charge Surendra Singh Sandhu with the help of technical surveillance. The arrested accused has been identified as Amit Kumar, a resident of Mahavir Enclave Part-2.

According to the police, the accused who were driving were absconding from the spot after the incident. Police had a clue of Sai Baba’s picture on the vehicle for his arrest. With the help of this, the police reached the fourth accused in this case and arrested him.
