According to health experts, a syrup made from a mixture of ginger and honey can prove to be of great help to overcome cough. To prepare it, plant the juice of ginger and honey in a bowl, in which add four spoons of lukewarm water. After preparing it, keep it in an air tight clear jar, it can be given to children in case of cough.

Ginger-Mint Cough Syrup

  • 1 table pinch in 4 cups of water and praised mint. Watch it well till it reduces to half.
  • After filtering, let it cool for some time and then add one spoon of honey to it and work well continuously.
  • It can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3 weeks or more.
