When the staff present in the courtroom tried to stop the man, he picked up the chair and ran to kill him. The staff somehow saved their lives by running away from there. After this the police was called. By the time the police reached the spot, the accused fled from the spot. The accused has been identified as Rakesh. Police registered a case and started investigation.

This incident of vandalism took place in court number 66 on the fourth floor of the family court in Karkardooma Court. Due to Corona, most of the court cases are being heard online at this time. According to the rotation, some staff of each court comes to the court and does the necessary work. On Saturday morning, some staff of Court No. 66 was sitting in the court room and was dealing with important work related to the court proceedings on the computer. The lights and fans in the ceiling were also broken. When the court staff tried to stop him, he took the chair and ran to kill them.

Seeing the seriousness of the matter, many policemen including SHO Floor Bazar reached the spot, but by then the accused had fled from the spot. The police, after inspecting the spot, asked the court staff to make a list of the broken items and give them. The accused lives with his family in a slum in Shastri Park area. Someone had occupied his hut. The matter was going on in the court. He was angry about the progress of his case.
