These four accused are henchmen of infamous gangster Rohit Chaudhary, lodged in Tihar Jail under MCOCA. All four were wanted in a murder. The police were looking for Ravana in MCOCA, who came out on bail from April-2020. Gang leader Rohit had given instructions to occupy a plot in Aya Nagar.

The accused also opened fire while running after the incident. South District Police had already arrested Vishnu, Rahul Rawat and Ashu Tanwar of Aya Nagar.

There are already 9 cases registered against it. Shashi also came out on bail in July-2020 in the murder case. Shivam is a BA pass out and was involved in the 2016 murder. Sunil has studied till 9th ​​standard, who is associated with the gang for many years.
