Drugs Case Witness Affidavit: These 20 big things happened in 35 hours, 18 Cr deal, Aryan Khan was arrested like this

There is a hearing in the High Court on October 26 on the bail of Aryan Khan Arrest, son of Shahrukh Khan, arrested in the Cruise Drugs Case. NCB, on the other hand, is conducting vigorous raids and inquiries. But in the meantime, a person named Prabhakar Sail has made such revelations by giving an affidavit, who directly directed NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede, his informer Kiran Gosavi and even Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani. Questions have also been raised on (Pooja Dadlani). Prabhakar claims that he is Kiran Gosavi’s bodyguard. Whatever happened in this case from 7:30 am on 2nd October till evening of 3rd October is a witness to it. Prabhakar fears that like Kiran Gosavi, NCB will now make him disappear or kill him. In such a situation, by filing an affidavit, Prabhakar has made many sensational revelations. He told that before Aryan’s arrest, he saw Pooja Dadlani, Kiran Gosavi and a person named Sam talking in the car. Not only this, he had heard Gosavi saying on the phone that Sameer Wankhede has to pay Rs 8 crore.

I am Prabhakar Raghoji Sal, age 40 years. I would like to say that I was appointed by Kiran Prakash Gosavi as his personal bodyguard on 22nd July 2021. I have been working with him since then. I was earlier shifted to Kiran Gosavi’s house on 30th July.

Kiran Gosavi told me that he has export business. I used to go with him to his meetings and other places.

On September 8, Gosavi shifted to Vashi area. On 27 September, Kiran Gosavi left for Ahmedabad in his Innova car. I was told to stay in Vashi.

– On October 1st at 9:45 pm he called me and told me to be ready at 7:30 am. On the morning of 2nd October, Gosavi transferred me Rs 500 from G-pay and sent a location on WhatsApp. When I reached CST station at 8:45 am and checked the location, it was found that it is NCB office.

When I reached there, Gosavi’s Innova tax was already there. When I asked driver Vijay Suryavanshi, it came to know that Kiran Gosavi is in NCB office. Their meeting is going on. After a while Gosavi and an officer got down and left for Innova. I was told to wait.

– At 12 noon, Gosavi called me and asked me to come to the Green Gate. When I reached there we both sat in the car and proceeded to buy rolls, cold drinks, water etc. We went back to the Green Gate. We went to the boarding pad.

– I was asked to distribute the food brought. I distributed the rolls and other things to Sameer Wankhede and other staff present there. I was told not to leave here and was instructed to wait near the Green Gate in the cruise area.

– Around 1:23 pm Kiran Gosavi sent me some pictures on WhatsApp, where should I keep an eye on these people. Was told that if any of them were seen boarding the cruise, then I would tell them.

– I was waiting there. I saw a man in one of those pictures. I told them on chat that that person has boarded bus number 2700. He replied at 4:23. Told that the person whom I had recognized and the other 13 people have been arrested.

– I waited there till 7 o’clock in the evening. Gosavi calls me and says sit in Innova car and tell CISF that Innova car has been asked by Sameer Wankhede to let in. However, CISF refused and asked me to go to the Yellow Gate. There also the CISF did not allow the car to enter. After this Gosavi himself came there, sat in the car, changed clothes and then went inside through the Green Gate.

At 10:30 pm, Kiran Gosavi called me to the boarding area. I saw Aryan Khan in a cabin there. I also saw a girl, Munmun Dhamecha, who was with the NCB officials.

– At 12:30 pm, Kiran Gosavi and NCB officer took Aryan Khan to NCB’s office by Innova car. I also reached NCB office on foot. It was now almost 1 o’clock. I got a call from Gosavi, saying that I have to sign as a punch. They called me to the NCB office. There Sameer Wankhede asked me to write my name on the papers and sign it.

A Salekar from NCB gave me 10 blank pages to sign. Salekar asked me for Aadhar card details. I was also asked to send a soft copy on WhatsApp. I sent them. After that he asked me to have food. A food packet was also given for driver Vijay Suryavanshi.

After sometime Gosavi came down. Another person with him was Sam D’Souza. Both were standing at a distance of about 500 meters from the NCB office. Sam talked to Gosavi for about 5 minutes. Then both went inside. After that both of them came out again. Gosavi moved forward in his white Innova, followed by Sam’s Innova Crysta car. After this, Aham stopped near Big Bazaar near Lower Parel Bridge. By the time we got there, Gosavi and Sam were talking on the phone.

– I heard Gosavi saying that you have given a bomb of 25 crores, let’s finalize it at 18, because Sameer Wankhede also has to pay 8 crores. After a while a blue colored Mercedes car also stopped there.

– I saw Pooja Dadlani in that blue Mercedes car. Sam, Gosavi and Pooja sat talking in the car for some time. Then after 15 minutes we all left from there. Gosavi and I reached Mantralaya. Gosavi again spoke to someone on the phone and then we left for Vashi.

On reaching Vashi, Gosavi told me that I should go to the signal near Indiana Hotel in Innova car and bring 50 lakh rupees in cash. I reached there at 9:45 am. There a white colored car came and I was given 2 bags. They were full of cash. I took it to Gosavi’s house in Vashi.

– I saw that Gosavi was packing his bag at that time and was about to leave somewhere. Gosavi asked me to come near Vashi Bridge in the evening. Later the location changed and it was decided to come to Inorbit Mall. There Gosavi asked me to give that bag to Sam.

– Sam called me at 6:15 pm. Told that it is near Trident Hotel. I went there. I gave him the bag containing the cash. He was in his Innova Crysta car. However, when he counted the cash, it was Rs 38 lakh.

I want to say that Kiran Gosavi is now missing and I am scared of NCB officials. I am also afraid of the rest of the people involved, they will kill me or kidnap me, as they have done with Kiran Gosavi. As in large cases, witnesses are often killed in order to conceal the truth.
