Ducati India has launched the GP White color variant of its Ducati Multistrada 950 S in India. Its ex-showroom price in the Indian market is Rs 15.69 lakh. The special thing is that the company introduced its GP White in the month of July last year, but now a year later this color variant has been launched in India. This new paint scheme is inspired by Ducati’s MotoGP. White, gray and Ducati red accent have been given in the new color scheme. This new color scheme will be found in the classic Ducati Red of Multistrada 950 S.
Talking about performance, it has the same engine as the current model. The 2020 Ducati Multistrada 950 S has a 937 cc L-twin, liquid-cooled motor for power. Its engine generates a maximum power of 111 bhp at 9,000 rpm and peak torque of 96 Nm at 7,750 rpm. Its engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox. It has a ride-by-wire system.
The Ducati Multistrada 950 range starts at Rs 15.49 lakh in the Indian market. The curb weight of the Multistrada 950 S is 230 kg. The Ducati Multistrada 950 S features four modes for better riding experience. These include Sport, Touring, Urban and Enduro.
Its look gives a glimpse of both Multistrada 1260 and Multistrada 1260 Enduro. It has new side wings and tubular steel trellis frame with horizontal headlight. It has a 19-inch front wheel. The adventure bike features a light double-sided aluminum swingram. The 170mm travel travel suspension offers a superior riding experience on difficult terrains.
In the Indian market, the Ducati Multistrada 950 range is a direct and tough competition from touring bikes like the Triumph Tiger 900 GT and BMW F 900 XR.
