Pregnancy Squad
Loose motion can occur in pregnancy for a number of reasons, such as:
- A sudden change in diet during pregnancy can lead to diarrhea. The body does not get enough time to adopt this change, due to which the gloves take place.
- Digestion also has the effect of fluctuating hormones. This slows down the digestive system, causing constipation or diarrhea.
- Prenatal vitamins are very important for the development and healthy pregnancy of the baby. But in some cases vitamins can make the stomach worse. For example, eating too much vitamin C can cause diarrhea and nausea, and iron supplements can damage the digestive system.
What things to eat
Such things should be eaten when a diarrhea occurs, which can prevent the stool from thinning. Banana, apple and rice are effective in the treatment of diarrhea. Apples have an element called pectin that does not allow the stool to become thin. Eating banana is very beneficial when you have diarrhea.
Lemonade and Ginger
Squeeze one lemon in a glass of water and add a pinch of salt to it and drink. Lemonade relieves nausea in diarrhea and pregnancy. Apart from this, ginger can also treat diarrhea. Drinking lukewarm ginger tea can also cure diarrhea and it also helps in digestion.
According to a study published in the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science, lemon juice has the potential to prevent pathogenic bacteria causing diarrhea.
Mint juice
Drink mixed with mint juice in half a cup of water. This relieves the symptoms of diarrhea. Apart from this, drinking ginger powder and black pepper powder mixed with honey or lemon juice in lukewarm water also gives relief from diarrhea.
Electrolyte
Necessary electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and chloride are released from the body when a diarrhea occurs. If a large amount of electrolytes are released from the body, it can cause dehydration. To avoid this, drink salt and sugar mixed with water at home.
More fluids are released from the body due to diarrhea, so at this time you should drink plenty of water and fluids. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water a day.
