ED’s raid on Ranbir-Kareena’s cousin Armaan Jain, summoned

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has raided the house of actor Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor’s aunt’s son Armaan Jain in a money laundering case. The ED has carried out the raid in the Topps Group money laundering case and has sent a summons for questioning to Armaan Jain. According to the India Today report, on Tuesday, ED officials have taken the action of raiding the house on Altamount Road of Armaan Jain.

The report states that when the Enforcement Directorate was investigating the money laundering case of Shiv Sena leader Pratap Sarnaik, Armaan Jain’s name has also surfaced in it. Armaan Jain is a friend of Pratap Sarnaik’s friend Vihang and often visits his house. According to sources, in this investigation, the ED has come to know about some suspicious conversations between Armaan and Vihang. Only after this, the ED has raided Armaan Jain’s house. After the raid, the ED has also handed over summons to Armaan Jain for questioning.

Please tell that Armaan Jain is the son of Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv Kapoor’s sister Reema Jain. He made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with the film ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’. He has also worked as an assistant in films like Student of the Year, Ek Main Aur Ek Tu and My Name Is Khan. Armaan married Anisha Malhotra only last year.
