It is most famous for being used as the Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft in the Harry Potter film scenes. Scenes shot here include Harry’s first broomstick test and the second part colliding with a flying car driven by Ron. Located in the county of Northumberland, it is the second largest occupied palace in the world and is home to the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland.
