- To make jaggery syrup, first put jaggery powder in a Balendra jar.
- Then add mint leaves, black salt, lemon juice, water and ice cubes.
- Then blend the whole mixture in a blender.
- Now serve it in a serving glass. Garnish with mint leaves at serving time.
