According to the information, security forces were informed that the terrorists have hidden weapons in the area. Acting on this information, the 28th National Rifle of the Army, the 162nd Battalion of the CRPF and a joint team of SOG launched a search operation on a tip-off in the thick jungles of Varnov Lolab. During the operation, weapons hidden in the forest were recovered.

Four AK 47 magazines, 15 rounds of AK 47, two grenades, a telescope, composs, barbed wire cutter, map and other objectionable items have been recovered from the spot. After recovering the teams, the teams continued the operation to see that no more luggage had been concealed from the terrorists. This year, this first terrorist hideout has been recovered. Sources in the police say that this item was hidden from the militants to carry out any attack, but it has already been recovered by the security forces.
