Petition seeking to stop tractor rally

In such a situation, the tractor rally should be stopped and farmers’ entry into any tractor rally should be banned. The Supreme Court issued notice during the last hearing in the case.

During the hearing on Monday, the Supreme Court has asked the Attorney General to use his authority to decide whether the farmers will come to the capital or not. Who will come to Delhi and who is not? This matter is related to law and order and it is the job of the police to look into it. This is not the work of the Supreme Court. The intervention by the Supreme Court in this case has been completely misunderstood. It is not the job of the Supreme Court to see who will come in the capital Delhi and who does not.
The court said – you have all the rights
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court SA Bobde said to the Attorney General that you have all the rights to handle the law and order situation. As far as the arrival of someone in the capital Delhi is concerned, it is the job of the police to watch. We have already told the Attorney General and the Solicitor General that how many people will come to the capital? Who will come and who will be allowed to come, all these police have to deal with. We are not the first authority for this.
