Where a deputy jailer who was a victim of this fraud was shown obscenity in the first video call, then a few seconds later in the second call, ransom was demanded with the threat of making the video viral. However, by registering a case, the police has started investigation with the help of the team of cyber cell.
Video call full of obscenity to the deputy jailer
The whole matter is of Alambagh police station area of Lucknow, where a deputy jailer living in Raipur is undergoing training at Dr. Sampoornanand Prison Training Institute located on Old Jail Road. The deputy jailer says that a video call was received on his WhatsApp late Thursday night. On receiving the call, a young woman from the other side started doing obscene acts. On receiving such call from unknown number, the call was disconnected immediately. But then by calling from another number continuously, threatening to make the clip of the obscene video call viral.
Demanded an amount of 11 thousand, FIR registered
The Deputy Jailor gave a complaint about the matter to the local police station and said that the number from which the video call had come was blocked. But after that the calls started coming from some other number continuously. In which threats were being made to make the recording of the video call viral. Along with this, an amount of 11 thousand was demanded in return for not making it viral. A case has been registered at Alambagh police station on the complaint of the deputy jailer. At the same time, the investigation of the case has been handed over to the team of Cyber Cell.
