Ankita has said that the people of the states are considered Indians only when they bring medals for the country. Ankita wrote on her handle, ‘If you belong to the north-eastern part of India, then you become an Indian only when you bring a medal for the country by winning. Otherwise we are known as ‘Chinki’, ‘Chinese’, ‘Nepali’ or the newly added ‘Corona’. India is suffering not only from casteism but also from regionalism and apartheid.
