Naseeruddin Shah, one of the veteran actors of Bollywood, was admitted to ‘Hinduja Hospital’ in Khar, Mumbai on 29 June. On this, ‘Pinkvilla’ has a special conversation with Ratna Shah, wife of Naseeruddin Shah. While sharing the health update of the actor, Ratna Shah said that he is fine now. Talking to Pinkvilla, Ratna said, ‘Naseeruddin Shah Health Update is completely fine. He has a small spot on his lung, which is undergoing treatment. I sincerely hope that he will be discharged by tomorrow.
He further said, ‘It is just pneumonia, but the best part is that the spot found on the lung is still in a small part so hopefully it will be cured soon.’ Naseeruddin Shah’s nephew Mohammad Ali Shah also said, ‘My father spoke to him on the phone. He’s fine. It is pneumonia, but it is nothing to worry about.
Naseeruddin Shah’s manager told Bombay Times, ‘The actor has been under the supervision of doctors in the hospital for two days. As soon as pneumonia was detected in his initial checkup, he was admitted to the hospital. At present his condition is stable and he will recover soon.
On the work front, Naseeruddin Shah was last seen in the web show ‘Bandish Bandits’, which was well received by the audience.
