The Chhattisgarh (Chhattisgarh) government in the new policy of convict prosecution has proposed Rs 20 lakh to the kin of the martyrs to buy agricultural land and provide artificial limbs to the injured seals if due. Officials said that under the new policy, the families of the martyrs of the police force will be given additional relief amount of Rs 20 lakh for land supervision and stamp for up to two acres of land for monitoring agricultural land in three years. Duty and registration fee exemption will be offered. Arrangements will also be made to provide artificial limbs if the injured are serious. He said that in the acquittal policy, provision has been made for the rehabilitation of the dependents of the accused, free and surrendered.

He told that there is a provision of district level committee under the chairmanship of collector at the district level for the decision of rehabilitation. He said that if anything happens, a committee is formed at the state level under the chairmanship of the Upper Chief Secretary or the Home Secretary. He informed that various types of benefits and arrangements have been made by various groups for rehabilitation.

Officials pointed out that due to the claims made by the narrators being killed, injured and causing property damage, the responsible amounts to two reasons. If it is mandatory, the artificial limb will be provided by the Social Welfare Department. He told that in the case of killing the wife of the earning person in the family, government service will be provided on the lines of compassionate appointment.

He said that if government service then an additional amount of Rs 15 lakh will be given for agricultural land supervision and exemption will be given in stamp duty or registration fee on land up to two acres for agricultural land supervision in three years. Officials said that if a surrenderer surrenders with a weapon, he will be given Rs 50 instead of Rs 5 per cartridge. Officials told that an amount of Rs 25,000 will be given to encourage each person to surrender.

He told that an amount of 10 lakhs will be given separately on surrendering a prize weapon of five lakhs or more (this amount will be in addition to the prize money and surrender weapon declared above). Officials told that this amount will be deposited in the banks and its eligibility will be given to the eligible. He told that this amount will be given after three years after reviewing their conduct.

He informed that if the surrendered agricultural land is supervised within three years, he will be exempted from stamp duty and registration fee on land up to two acres. He informed that in the new policy, the victims of other states have also been featured for lehengas. He said that if a citizen or a surrendered person gives special cooperation to the police in the anti-operation and this threatens his safety, then in such cases the Inspector General of Police can recruit him to various posts in the police department.

Officials said that Chhattisgarh campaign eradication policy will be effective for five years from the date of its implementation. The official said the policy would be tabled in the ongoing session of the state assembly. It is expected to be implemented in two months, he said.
