The company will introduce the new Honda Civic hatchback on 23 June 2021. The company will first take the curtain from this car in the American market. The front look of the new Honda Civic hatchback will be similar to that of its sedan version. A six-speed manual gearbox will be given in the car. The hatchback will be launched in the market with 5 doors, this car will be first produced in Greensburg, United States. Earlier the company used to produce it in Europe and Japan.

The company can offer this car in 2 engine options. In this, 2.0L petrol with 160bhp power and 1.5L turbocharged engine with 182bhp power will be used. The Type R variant of the car can come with an engine producing 400bhp power and an all wheel drive system.
The new hatchback will get a new grille, honeycomb mesh and slimmer headlights than before. Changes have been made in the A pillar of the car. This car now comes with a less aggressive design than before. The new Honda Civic hatch gets a smaller diffuser and new tail lamps. The car’s cabin will be similar to that of the Honda Civic sedan. Clutter free and functional design will be used in the car. The car will use a 9-inch touchscreen with a 10.2-inch display.
