Vegetable Garlic Soup

This soup made of colorful vegetables will nourish the body and help in healing wounds. Lahun also helps in making breast milk. Vegetable garlic soup is also low in calories, which helps in losing weight after pregnancy.

material : To make this soup you will need 4 cups finely chopped onion, two teaspoons finely chopped garlic, mix vegetables (baby corn, carrots etc.), 1 ½ cup low fat milk, two teaspoon oats, two teaspoons of oil and salt to taste.

way : Heat a pan on the gas and add oil to it. Add onion and garlic to it and fry it for two minutes. Now add vegetables to it and fry it for two minutes. Then add a cup of water and milk, salt and chilli to it. After this, mix oats and cook until the soup is as thick as possible.

Dhuli Moong Dal Soup

Dhuli moong dal has a lot of nutrition and it is also easy to digest this protein-rich dal. This keeps the stomach fit and damaged tissues of the body are also repaired.

material : ¾ cup dhuli moong dal, one teaspoon garlic and ginger (grated), 6 cups water, two cloves, 2 teaspoon cumin powder, turmeric ½ teaspoon, 1 ½ teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon sugar and two teaspoon ghee.

way : Wash and keep the lentils soaked for one hour. Take a deep vessel and keep it on the gas. Add ghee and heat it. Now add garlic and ginger to it and let it light brown. Then add cinnamon, cloves, cumin and garam masala and fry for half a minute.

Now add moong dal and cook for a minute. Then add turmeric, water and sugar. Let it boil and cook till the dal becomes soft. Serve it hot.

Barley soup

Wheat contains plenty of protein, iron and fiber which are necessary to heal wounds after delivery. Vegetables used in this soup also contain vitamins, antioxidants and fiber.

material : Two teaspoons of soaked barley, 4 cups finely chopped onions, 4 cups finely chopped tomatoes, 4 cups chopped carrots, two teaspoon grated garlic, two teaspoons washed whole red lentils, two teaspoons finely chopped coriander, salt to taste Red chilli flavored and two teaspoons of oil.

way : Add oil to the pressure cooker and add garlic and love to it and fry it for a few minutes. Now add barley, carrots, lentils and 4 ½ cups of water to it. Add 3 whistles to it and then add tomatoes, salt, chilli and coriander leaves and let it boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Now serve hotly.
