Relief news for Kangana Ranaut, bail granted in Javed Akhtar defamation case

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has got bail in Mumbai’s Andheri court on Wednesday in a defamation case made by lyricist Javed Akhtar (Javed Akhtar). Earlier, Kangana appeared in the Ranaut court and demanded the cancellation of the bailable warrant issued against herself. Let us tell you that Javed Akhtar had filed a defamation case in November last year.

According to the latest reports, Kangana Ranaut was granted bail of Rs 15000 and cash bail of Rs 20000. Earlier, Kangana Ranaut was asked to appear in court on 1 March.

Let me tell you that in November of 2020, Javed Akhtar filed a defamation complaint against Kangana Ranaut. He had alleged in his complaint that Kangana Ranaut had given false statements against him by going to several news channels. Because of which his image has been deeply affected.

According to PTI, Kangana Ranaut accused many Bollywood celebrities of factionalism after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Kangana Ranaut had said about Javed Akhtar that he had threatened to withdraw the case against Hrithik Roshan. Because of these statements of the actress, Javed Akhtar had filed a defamation case against him.

Kangana Ranaut recently received the National Award for Best Actress for her films ‘Panga’ and ‘Manikarnika’. Talking about Kangana Ranaut’s workfront, she is going to be seen in Tamil Nadu’s late Jay Jayalalithaa’s biopic ‘Thalaivi’. Apart from this, she will also be seen working in films like ‘Tejas’ and ‘Dhakad’.
