New Delhi: Sabudana Vada is considered one of the tastiest fruits for the people observing fast in the month of Sawan. These days the month of Sawan is going on and this time the reason for having two Sawan is till 31st August. In these two months, there is a fast of 8 Mondays.
Most people keep fast on this day and some people keep fast only on Sawan Somvar. Fruitful coffee made from sago is preferred during fasting. Most people consume vegetable made from sago. In such a situation, today we have liked the vadas made here. So let’s learn about the simple recipe to make it.
Material
Sabudana – 1 cup
Roasted Peanuts – 1 cup
Potato peels – 3
Green chili chopped – 4-5
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Rock salt – 1 teaspoon
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying

To make flavourful Sabudana Vada, first wash the Sabudana and keep it aside in water for 4-5 hours. By doing this, the sago will swell and become completely naked. Now make a kredihi hot on nomination and sauté peanut dangerous. It will take 5-6 minutes to cook the peanuts well. Turn off the gas after the meal and take them like a button.
Now sure, take the sago and post them in a post. Add black pepper powder, crushed peanut powder, colored chopped green chilies and senda salt to taste and mix well.
After this, mash them and put them in the sago. Now mash this mixture well. Mix for Sabudana Vada is ready. After this, taking a little mix in hand, released the ball and gave it the shape of a vadda.
Now get the oil mechanic hot in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, prepare the masala and deep fry it. After frying for some time, flip the Sabudana Vada and deep fry from the other side. Fry the sabudana vadas till they become small in size from both the sides. After this the fried Sabudana Vadde was taken out in a plate. Likewise fry all the sabudana vadas. Serve the flavourful Sabudana Vada with curd.
