Sachin Vaze Arrested: NIA’s big action in investigation of explosive car outside Mukesh Ambani’s house, Sachin Vaz arrested

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday arrested Mumbai Police encounter specialist Sachin Waze. The arrest has been made in connection with the investigation into the case of explosives found in a park car outside the home of industrialist Mukesh Ambani. After the death of Mansukh Hiren, who is said to be the owner of this car, his wife also accused Sachin of murder. After this, his arrest was being demanded. ATS investigates Hiren’s death.

At the same time, the NIA arrested Vaze on Saturday after interrogating him for 12 hours. According to the news agency ANI, Vaze has been arrested in connection with the investigation into the case of getting a car. The NIA has stated that Sachin was charged under Section 286, 465, 473, 506 (2), 120B and 4 (a) (b) (I) of the IPC for possessing an explosive-laden car outside Ambani’s house under the Explosive Substances Act 1908. Arrested for his role and involvement.

Hiren murdered on 5 March.
On February 25, a Scorpio SUV car with explosives and threatening letters was found near the residence of industrialist Mukesh Ambani in south Mumbai. Hiren claimed the car belonged to him but it was stolen a week before the incident. The matter came to light when Hiren was found dead on 5 March on the banks of a river in Thane.

Reindeer’s wife claimed that her husband had given the SUV to Vaje in November last year and returned the car in the first week of February. However, Waje has denied this. According to sources, Sachin Vazh himself reached the ATS for questioning after Vimala Hiren was accused of murder. He was questioned by the ATS for 10 hours.

Bail rejected
A sessions court in Thane district of Maharashtra refused to grant interim bail to Vazhee in the case, saying there was prima facie evidence and material against him. Additional Sessions Judge S Tambey refused to grant interim bail to Waje and said that there was a need to interrogate him while in custody.
