‘If it is true then no one can take action’
National Commission for Scheduled Castes Chairman Vijay Sampla said, “He (Sameer Wankhede) has given the documents of his marriage, job and second marriage, we have asked our officers to verify all those facts. If they are true then no one can act against Sameer Wankhede on any ground.

Wankhede denies all allegations
Maharashtra minister and Nationalist Congress Party leader Nawab Malik has made many allegations against Wankhede. Malik has alleged that Sameer Wankhede was born in a Muslim family. According to Malik, after clearing the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam, Wankhede used several forged documents, including a SC category certificate, to get a job under reservation. Wankhede has denied all the allegations. National Commission for Scheduled Castes Vice-Chairman Arun Halder on Sunday came out in support of Wankhede, saying officers are doing good work and making their department proud, but a minister is making personal attacks on him and his family members. Huh. Halder had also visited Wankhede’s Mumbai residence.
