In this case, the court also ordered the removal of all such content from social media. But now the Delhi High Court has gone a step ahead and given information about the leak from Twitter. The court said on May 17 that the phone number, email address and IP address of whoever is sharing the leaked clip of ‘Jawan’ can go to the court.

It is alleged that the case was filed on behalf of Red Chillies Entertainments Private Limited. After which the court had directed to remove information, photos and videos related to the film from Twitter, YouTube and Reddit. It may be noted that earlier in April, the court had banned all websites and Internet service providers from sharing photos, songs, audios and videos of Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Jawan’ without license in this matter.
