Mumbai: Bollywood actress Riya Riyan got a big relief after Sushant Singh Rajput. The Supreme Court of Nagaland said it declared actress Rhea Chakraborty a criminal during the investigation into the gangless case related to the death of actor Shanti Singh Rajput.
Explain that in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Riya Chakraborty was detained by the NCB under Section 27-A of the NDPS Act, which includes up to 10 years in jail and bail. But later Riya Chakraborty got bail.

It is said that Rhea Chakraborty was accused of stabbing Sushant Singh Rajput and NCB also took action against Rhea Chakraborty on a similar charge, but she got bail. Riya is hearing the High Court’s order against the Bombay High Court’s order against the order granting bail to Riya. Commented on the plea of the High Court, but clarified that the High Court’s judgment will not be taken as a precedent in other cases rejected in any way.
