Mumbai: Sudipto Sen’s film ‘The Carol Story’ has been banned by several states. Along with Bengal, the film has also been banned in Kerala. Also the Tamil Theater Association voluntarily boycotted the film. But voices have started rising from Bollywood against this ban on the film. After the objection of many celebrities, now the ‘Producers Guild of India’ has issued an official statement banning the film. He has written in his description – ‘Producers Guild of India’ expresses its dismay at the ban of ‘The Carol Story’ in several states and opposes it.
