The year 2020 has been extremely bad for Bollywood. Due to Corona virus many films could not be released and shooting of upcoming films had to be stopped. Now that shooting and cinemas have opened once again, this year audiences are going to see sequels of some of the best films. See here, which sequel to the upcoming Bollywood hits in 2021.

In the year 2018, Junglee Pictures superhit film ‘Badhaai Ho’ was released with Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao in the lead roles. The sequel to the National Award-winning film is becoming ‘Badhaai Do’ with Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles. Right now the shooting of this film is going on in Dehradun and it is expected to be released this year.

Friendly 2

In 2008, the film ‘Dostana’, starring John Abraham, Priyanka Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan, was well received. Now the sequel of this film is coming. This time in ‘Dostana 2’ Karthik Aryan, Janhvi Kapoor and Lakshya are going to appear together. The film is being directed by Colin DiCunia.

Satyamev jayate 2

‘Satyamev Jayate’, starring John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee, was well received. Now once again in ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’, John Abraham will be seen once again in the role of Virendra Rathore. Right now the shooting of the film is going on in Lucknow. Directed by Milap Jhaveri, John Abraham’s opposite divya Khosla Kumar is going to be seen in this film. The film will be released on 12 May 2021.

Go goa gone 2

Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Veer Das and Anand Tiwari’s zombie comedy film ‘Go Goa Gone’ was released which was well received. Now the sequel of this film is also ready for release. It is being told that the film may be released in March 2021.

Bunty and Babli 2

Much earlier in 2005, the film ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ by Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukerji was released. Now the sequel of this film is being made. This time, Siddhi Chaturvedi, Saif Ali Khan and Sharwari Wagh are going to be seen in the film along with Rani Mukherjee. Varun Verma is directing ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ and it is believed that it is going to release this year.

Maze 2

Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Shiney Ahuja’s psycho-thriller film ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’ was well received. Now its sequel is going to be ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 2’ in which Karthik Aryan, Tabu and Kiara Advani are going to be seen in lead roles.

In 2003, Priyadarshan’s superhit comedy film Hungama was released. This film is still very much liked today. The film had Paresh Rawal, Akshaye Khanna, Rimi Sen and Aftab Shivdasani in the lead roles. This time it is going to be a sequel but only Paresh Rawal is going to be seen among the older artists. She will be accompanied by Shilpa Shetty, Meejan Jaffrey and Parineeta Subhash in the lead roles.
