Mahindra XUV300 Petrol AMT
Mahindra & Mahindra launched the petrol AMT version of its popular subcompact SUV Mahindra XUV300 in India earlier this month. Customers will get this AMT version in the W6 variant of the XUV300, which has a Delhi ex-showroom price of Rs 9.55 lakh. Mahindra XUV300’s top specification variant W8 (O) now gets Mahindra’s new BlueSense Plus connected SUV technology. It has an embedded sim. Its system is equipped with more than 40 connected car features.
The Mahindra XUV300 Petrol AMT is powered by the current 1.2-liter turbocharged engine, which generates maximum power of 108 bhp and peak torque of 200 Nm. Its manual version gets a 6-speed gearbox. Its 1.5-liter diesel engine generates maximum power of 114 bhp and peak torque of 300 Nm.
Volkswagen Polo and Vento: Turbo Edition
Volkswagen Passenger Cars India launched the Turbo Edition of its Polo and Vento this month. The Volkswagen Polo Turbo Edition is priced at Rs 6.99 lakh ex-showroom in the Indian market. At the same time, the Vento Turbo Edition is priced at Rs 8.69 lakh. The new Special Editions gave even more sporty appeal than before. This special edition version will be available in the Comfortline variant.
The Turbo Edition will be available in the 1-liter, three-cylinder, turbocharged TSI engine of the Volkswagen Polo and Vento. The motor in the 2021 Volkswagen Vento and Polo Turbo Editions generates 108 bhp power and 175 Nm torque. All the color options of the Turbo Edition will get a 6-speed manual transmission.
MG Hector and MG Hector Plus: CVT
MG Motor launched the CVT automatic gearbox variants of MG Hector and MG Hector Plus this month. The company launched the Hector lineup in January this year with cosmetic changes and upgrade features, after which the company added a new transmission to the lineup this month.
There is no change in the new CVT of MG Hector and MG Hector Plus. The new CVT unit comes with a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine that generates maximum power of 141 bhp and peak torque of 250 Nm.
