Twist in Aryan Khan case: Witness said – there was talk of giving 8 crores to Sameer Wankhede, Pooja Dadlani also appeared

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is currently lodged in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail in the Drugs Case. A new revelation has come to light in Aryan Khan’s case regarding drugs case, in which not only the finger has been pointed at the work of NCB but also the name of Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani has been mentioned. In this case involving Aryan Khan, witness Prabhakar Sail told through affidavit that he had reached Yellow Gate at the behest of Gosavi. Prabhakar has also told that he had heard Gosavi saying that 8 crores was to be given to Sameer Wankhede. He has also said that NCB signed 10 blank papers as witnesses.

During the arrest of Aryan Khan, there was a discussion of two unknown people. One of them is Kiran Gosavi, who was named an independent arbitrator by the NCB. Now a person named Prabhakar Sail has made startling revelations in his notarized affidavit, which directly points to the conspiracy of NCB. In the affidavit, Prabhakar has claimed that he used to work as a bodyguard with Kiran Gosavi. He has also said that he was with Gosavi on the night of Raid on the cruise. Prabhakar has told that he had seen Gosavi meeting a man named Sam near the NCB office that night, who is now mysteriously missing.

Gosavi had said – we have to give 8 crores to Sameer Wankhede too
He has stated in this affidavit that Gosavi had told him that he has an export business and he has to work as his personal bodyguard and be with him in meetings etc. In this affidavit, Prabhakar has said all his things in a total of 16 points. Prabhakar, referring to the day of that incident, said, ‘500 meters away from the NCB’s office, KP Gosavi met a man named Sam D’Souza. There was a conversation between the two for about 5 minutes. After this, both of them met again near the NCB office. After this Sam D’Souza came after us in his car. After that we stopped near Big Bazaar near Lower Parel Bridge and stopped at Sam’s mentioned place. By the time we reached Lower Parel, Gosavi kept talking to Sam on the phone and said that you have placed a bomb of 25 crores, let’s finalize it at 18 because we have to give 80 crores to Sameer Wankhede too.

Prabhakar has told, ‘After a few minutes there came a blue colored Mercedes and I saw Pooja Dadlani came out of that car. Sam, Gosavi and Pooja Dadlani sat in the Mercedes and a conversation started between them. Then we left after 15 minutes. Me and KP reached Mantralaya. Then Gosavi left for Vashi and told me to take the Innova car to the Tardeo signal near the Indiana Hotel and collect Rs 50 lakh. I reached around 9:45 am, where a car came and gave me two bags full of money. I reached Vashi Gosavi’s house with this.

Let us tell you that Prabhakar had also made some videos and took pictures during the raid, in one of the videos Gosavi was seen holding the phone. His phone was on speaker and he was seen making Aryan talk to someone.

Witness said – life is in danger
He also told in his affidavit that he was feeling danger to his life. He wrote, ‘KP Gosavi is currently missing and now I am afraid that NCB officials or others associated with it may not take my life or make me disappear like KP Gosavi. As seen in larger cases, witnesses are often killed, so I am telling the truth here.
