During this, the lawyer of the girl’s mother told the court that the girl is pregnant. Therefore, necessary instructions need to be issued at the earliest. The court has directed the Delhi Police to ensure that the girl remains protected. He should be saved from any adversity. Also said that the police should tell the plan of action in this matter.

Additional Solicitor General RS Suri said the girl was brought to Delhi on September 4 after being recovered from Kolkata. He got medical done at AIIMS. Also he was counselled. The accused has been arrested. Suri also said that the girl had married the accused boy on July 15. He is not ready to go with the mother after the seizure. Suri said that the girl is upset with her parents. He is not ready to go with them.

Girl’s mother’s lawyer claims girl is pregnant
At the same time, lawyer Amit Pai, appearing for the girl’s mother, told that the pregnancy test of the girl has been done and she has come positive. Advocate Amit said that the girl is pregnant. Therefore, something needs to be done in this matter soon. He also said that in the record before the police, the age of the girl has been given as 15-16 years. Whereas 13 years of age is recorded in Aadhar card. At the same time, Additional Solicitor General Suri told the court that the girl has claimed that she is 17 years old. AIIMS has sent his case to the forensic department to ascertain his age.
