Additional Solicitor General RS Suri said the girl was brought to Delhi on September 4 after being recovered from Kolkata. He got medical done at AIIMS. Also he was counselled. The accused has been arrested. Suri also said that the girl had married the accused boy on July 15. He is not ready to go with the mother after the seizure. Suri said that the girl is upset with her parents. He is not ready to go with them.

Girl’s mother’s lawyer claims girl is pregnant

Whereas 13 years of age is recorded in Aadhar card. At the same time, Additional Solicitor General Suri told the court that the girl has claimed that she is 17 years old. AIIMS has sent his case to the forensic department to ascertain his age.

Sexual assault came to the fore during counseling
The Supreme Court said that we hand over the case to Delhi Police and they should start investigation immediately. But, at the same time the question is how do we proceed. The girl was kidnapped two months ago from Gorakhpur. The girl’s mother, who lives in Delhi, had filed an application in the Supreme Court saying that her daughter has gone missing and she fears that she may be engaged in the sex trade. During this, the Supreme Court had said in the remarks that the attitude of the UP Police is visible in this.
