Two women of Darjeeling killed in Jangpura, Delhi, pouches of rat medicine found near the house

Two women from West Bengal were murdered in Hazrat Nizamuddin’s Jangpura Extension. Both the women from Darjeeling used to work as maids and care takers in a house here. The police was informed about the matter by calling them on Monday morning. It is said that the hands and feet of a woman were tied. While the other’s mouth was foaming.

Sources in the matter have told that five people have been caught in the CCTV camera installed nearby. While a pouch of rat medicine was also found near the house. It is suspected that these five have killed both the women. It is suspected that the killers wanted to kill one of them. But at the last moment he too had to be killed for fear of being recognized. Because, foam was coming out of a woman’s mouth.

Other people were also sleeping on the top floor of the house. But no harm has been done to them. No trace of robbery has been found in the house. No external signs of injury are visible on both the bodies. It seems that the killers intended to kill them.

South-East Delhi DCP Isha Pandey told that Meena Rai and Sujata are among the dead. Both these women, aged 35 and 40, were residents of Darjeeling. The call was received by the police in this matter at 9:45 am on Monday. The police reached the spot and found that both had died. A murder case has been registered in the case. Police believe that the killer seems to be someone known. Both the bodies have been kept in the mortuary of AIIMS.
